For brands and agencies

The booth your client will actually want to post.

Photographer-grade images, a booth that looks like it belongs at the launch, and a team that makes you look great for booking us. Trusted by Prada, Hugo Boss, Nike and The Ordinary.

Branded builds from $2000

Brands we've boothed for

Why us

Anyone can import a booth. Nobody can import the eye.

Photographers, not party hire

Ed comes from editorial and art photography. Luke shot weddings for a decade. Together, that's twenty years of knowing how to light a face, and it's why Prada, Hugo Boss, Nike and NEUW have put our images next to their brand.

Images that earn a spot on the grid

Pro camera, studio light and The Cinematic Edit on every frame, in Portofino colour or Noir black and white, with naturally smooth, glowing skin. The photos hold up on the brand's channels, not just on the night.

Zero drama

We liaise with the venue, bump in on their schedule, carry $20 million public liability and WorkCover, and send the certificate before anyone asks. Fifteen years of activations, and never an empty booth at doors. Our enclosed booths run themselves all session, so there's no stranger hovering next to your brand.

Awarded, not self-described

Best Photo Booth at the Wedding Industry Awards Australia in 2024 and 2025, runner-up in 2026. Anyone can call themselves premium.

Often copied. Never quite.

Other booth companies hire us when they want to lift their own photos. Some have passed our photos off as theirs. A few have even built copies of our booth. We'll take that as a compliment. Mostly. But a dupe only copies the outside. The camera, the light, The Cinematic Edit and fifteen years of getting it right don't come with it. Book the original.

What we build

Branded inside and out.

The booth

From a light box decal to a full custom exterior. It should look like a piece of your campaign, not a booth with a sticker on it.

The screens

Welcome screen, capture screen, animations and photo overlays, all on brand.

The print

A branded strip lives on a desk or a fridge for months. Media you don't pay for twice.

The gallery

A curated online gallery, or instant QR sharing with no data captured.

The data, if you want it

Branded forms, email capture and short surveys, worded with you so they're compliant and not creepy.

After the doors close

Activations that travel further than the room.

A Boothalicious activation doesn't end when the doors close. Every portrait is a piece of your campaign that guests choose to take home, text to friends and post to their feeds, with your brand right there in the frame.

Custom surveys

Ask the questions that matter to your campaign, built into the booth experience and styled to your brand. They're short and designed to actually be answered, so you walk away with real insight.

Social reach

See how far your activation travels. We report on every share, download and post, so you know exactly how your content moved across platforms and how far your brand reached beyond the event.

Data capture

Branded forms and email capture are built around your goals and feel like part of the experience. Collect the details that power your next campaign. Prefer to keep it simple? Instant QR sharing and a curated online gallery work without capturing a single detail.

Anything's possible. It just comes down to budget and timing.

Let's dream it up

How it works

Briefed, designed, delivered.

No package grid here — activations are priced per campaign, and you approve the design before anything goes into production.

  1. 01

    Send the brief

Date, venue, guest numbers and what the campaign is doing.

  2. 02

The same faces, start to finish

Ed or Luke handles your activation from first email to final gallery. Nobody gets briefed twice.

  3. 03

    Approve it before it's built

We send templates, your designers create the artwork with our help, and you see a flat mock-up before anything prints. Artwork is due 10 days before the event.

  4. 04

    We run the floor

Bump-in on the venue's schedule, a self-sufficient booth all session, and every image finished with The Cinematic Edit afterwards, for naturally smooth, glowing skin.

Brief us

Tell us what the campaign is doing.

Date, venue, guest numbers and the brief. You'll hear back from Ed or Luke with a quote, not an auto-reply.

The questions brands ask.

Can the booth match our brand guidelines?

Yes. Wrap, backdrop, screens and print are all built to your guidelines, and you approve a mock-up first.

Can we capture emails?

Yes, plus opt-ins and short surveys. We'll help keep the fields to a minimum, because every extra field is someone walking away.

Do you handle the venue?

All of it: load-in, power, access and floor plans. Introduce us once and we'll take it from there.

Are you insured?

Yes. $20 million public liability, with the certificate in your booking documents, plus WorkCover for our team. We can provide a risk assessment if your venue needs one.

Can it run across multiple days?

Yes. Expos, festivals and shopping centre activations are regular work.

Who owns the photos?

You do. The full gallery comes back to you for socials and the post-campaign report.

Your logo.
Their hands. Everyone's feed.
